US salon supply Ripoff and the worst customer service Kalamazoo, Michigan

I placed an order.First they told me it is backed ordered. THen they send me notification that the item is back in stack, but by then i desided i want to cancle it. Since couldnt get anyone on the phone, I shoot the email cancelling the order. The reply came right away ackowledging my request. Then 2 days later i get confirmation of the shipping,when i called about open cancellation ticket, they told me it is too late.Again 2 days later i received my order.Now they dont want to refund me for sending the item back, and they won't give the money back untill the item is returned. I'm trying to call them nobody asnwers. They gave a name of the manager that now i think it might be a bogus name altogether. Their customer service is so horrible.
