US Steel Buildings Run From These Scammers deerfield beach, Florida

I am going through the same experience as was reported by the   individual above.  Extreme high-pressure sales to plop down thousands of dollars for a "once-in-a-lifetime" clearance item, without any written documentation up front to see if I get what the saleman verbally promises me on the phone.  The first salesman that called talked for 20 minutes about BS unrelated to the building, but when I started trying to nail things down in writing, he hung up on me after saying he was too busy for that sort of thing!  I couldn't believe his extremely unprofessional approach.  He even said they were part of US Steel.  Well, true to form, another salesman called me back again two days later (who denied the US Steel part) and although the first salesman said the surplus was because CalTrans had backed out of their order due to the bad economy here in California, this second salesman said it was because one of their distributors had closed due to health reasons.  Very shifty!  I kept saying I wanted something in writing detailing WHAT I would be getting and he asked "do I want a quote, or a building?"  He said if I wanted a quote I could talk to a distributor who would charge me twice as much!  (I think that's more "bull".)  He said he didn't even have emailing capability (who DOESN'T have email capability in this day and age?) and couldn't send me anything.  He said all that would happen after I put down 20% of $8900, but not before.  He was then interrupted by his supervisor, whom said he had been listening in. The supervisor was just as rude and high-pressure and the other two men had been and no more helpful.  He even said that he no longer had the 25 x 40 ft building the first two had promised me they still had.  He wouldn't even tell me what they DID have.  Just wanted my money.  I hung up on HIM this time.  In that this is the third time they've called (I missed one), I'm sure they'll keep calling like the other unfortunate customer above experienced.  Stay away from these thieves, which is how I perceive them!
