 If you want to loose your money contact US Metal Buildings....this is the biggiest con I have ever heard of.

My husband contacted this company because we were going to need a metal building for a workshop and garage..simple, Huh?  I wish he had never made that phone call, it's been a living hell since. DO NOT Walk ..Run from this company and its other companies...

They told my husband "boy have we got a deal for you", but you need to put a deposit down tonight because this one building is going to auction tomorrow, so we need to work fast", we can keep the building in storage for you , no charge to you, for a year, no problem...then at the time of delivery we would pay our balance with a cashier check..your deposit will pay for your blueprints which will be sent out right away..simple huh?  Hell no..You dont get your blueprints until you give them more money..they wanted $1700.00 more before we could get the blueprints but my husband kept telling them we were told the $900.00 deposit was all that was needed..this company lies so much they dont even know what the truth is. We were not even going to get the right size building we were going to originally order.

After two months of going back and forth about more money, then started the verbal abuse..they speak to you as if you are the most ignorant person on earth and they believe they can get away with it. The final straw was when "Paul" Rack(the Racks are the owners) said my husband was " an ignorant F#CK"..my husband slammed the phone down..after he explained to me what was said I called Mr. Rack..of course no one answered so I left a message to cancel our order that we would not be involved with a company that would dare speak to someone like that.

Later, Mr. Rack calied me, very condesendingly, thanking me for cancelling because now he had me recorded that I wanted to cancel and we now owe them 50% of the balance due on our contract (read the very fine, fine, fine print on their contracts).  This is how this company makes their money..on deposits and cancelled orders.  They verbally insult you..get you so frustrated and aggravated that you give up and cancel..

Through my research after the fact..they are nortorious for this practice. Please beware..

After consulting an attorney he was astonished that another attorney would behave this way (Anthony Rack is an attorney).

Here are just a few choice words to discribe this company and their practices..."fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, unclean hands and unconcionability"...of course this is what we have experienced..but just check the internet..you will find some real horror stories..I really mean Ruuuuuuun...
