US Vital Records They LIED and STOLE my money. I desperately needed to obtain my daughters birth certificate. She is pregnant and has a one year old. While fleeing Ohio from her abuser, she was in an accident. She lost all her ID. She made it here to Texas with me but has no ID to obtain medical, food stamps, a job etc. I ordered her b.c. and paid almost $100 to this company and they never responded. I am hoping my credit card company will help me get a refund. I am highly pissed off. Internet

My daughter is pregnant and has a one-year-old.  She was fleeing her abuser in Ohio to come live with me in Texas.  She was in a car accident and lost all her belongings.  After they were released from the hopsital they took a greyhound here.  She has no ID.  I ordered her birth certifice via USvitalrecords.org , they took $57 immediately, stated I would receive a confirmation email in which I should respond by submitting my ID and then I will b charged another $30.  I was charged for both fees immediately.  Its been almost a month.  I never received an email.  They provide a phone number that goes straignt to voice mail, they dont return calls and they do not respond to the contact form.  They are filthy liars and thieves.  A complete waste of time and money.  Whats worse, my daughter has no ID, no way to get a job, food stamps, medical until I come up with the money to send for her records via the corrrect agency.
