Buyer beware:

When you are using a service such as this one, it is very important to read the fine print.  They don't tell you everything about a refund up front.  No where did I see a notice about having 24 hours to cancel this transaction.  I was told this after the fact.  Even so, it is bad not being able to recover some of your money.

Since this is an organization that doesn't refund your money, it seems foolish to use them.  I spent less time going direct for what I needed and it cost me the agency fee which included postage.  I made a big mistake using this service and I feel I need to let others know about it so they can seek other options.

Another thing I noticed, when you google what you "think" you are looking for, you can end up at a website that appears to be what you want.  You start typing in your personal information into websites such as this one.  Once you realize it's the wrong serivce, you could be too late trying to get your money back.

I feel very foolish and nieve after dealing with this one.  This has cost me $52.87 for nothing received.
