US Xpress Put a negative mark on my DAC report and I only went to their Orientation! Medway Ohio

I've never heard of them doing that on someone's DAC report, but it's not surprising. They've never paid anyone's bus fare back home if they don't hire them. I was at their Colton, CA terminal once and saw them call the police on two people for trespassing who were hanging around trying to arrange rides home. I borrowed the company van and took those guys to a bus station in San Bernadino and bought them bus tickets out of my own pocket. I quit about a week or so after that. It disgusted me.

they done the same thing to me at tunnel hill.accepted me from florida for orientation so i left my job to go back to us xpress in 2007 after i drove for them for two years 2002-2004 and left on good terms because my girl had a baby and i needed a local job to be home.they got me up there then on the third day they decided they werent gonna hire me.didnt give a reason so i ran around from the bottom of their terminal managers all the way to the top till i got an explanation.it was they wouldnt hire me cause i needed 3 months recent over the road experience.i had five but they still accepted me and had me go up there to orientation.they paid my way back home after i went as high in the company as i could to get home.................i better check my dac and make sure they didnt put any nonsense on my dac cause they never hired me at that time either.

But I'm not sure if they put anything on his DAC report.  He went out to Ohio for orientation, spent two days there, then was told they they "competitively hire", whatever the heck that means.  he fought them and they paid for his bus ticket home.  Just for that they probably did put something on his DAC.  

Hi, You have to contact the dac people and they will check with the company and if dac feels that they were wrong, They will change the dac for you. I know, I just got mine changed. check out what happened to me with central. look for my name eric.
