USA CREDIT charged my bank account $149.95 unauthorized now my account is overdrawn Internet

today is may 25,2010. I was checking my balance in my checking account and found out there was a debit in the amount of $149.95. I called my bank and found out it was from usa credit and there was no number to contact them. I am unaware of who this company is and did not authorize this transaction. I am just now getting my credit repaired and I just opened my checking account. I do not appreciate this I work too hard to have to pay back something i dont owe and did not authorize. If anyone has information about this company or can tell me what to do about this I would really appreciate it.
