I bought a 55 inch Samsung television. Within a couple of months it was not working properly. The company took a look at it and said the television was in perfect condition. They told me it must be my cable provider or wiring in the house. The television would not work on Xbox or DVD player so I knew it was not the cable provider. I had them look at it anyhow and they agreed the television was broken. We had an electrician test the outlets. It was defiantly the Samsung television. We plugged another television into the spot the Samsung was and it worked perfectly for more than two weeks. I called about the television multiple times. Not only did I not receive help, but I was also greeted by a VERY VERY rude manager named Erica. I asked for the number to corporate and she said it was classified information. I asked her to connect me to corporate and she said she couldn’t. She hung up on. We are a military family. As most people know the military doesn’t make a lot of money, but we do work hard for the money we make. I told her she could just have the television back if they didn’t want to fix it and she said they won’t do that. I realize it is in our contract that we have to keep it, but it is also in their contract that they have to fix it. We are stuck with a broken TV that we aren’t even done paying for. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM USA DISCOUNTERS. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. THEY STEAL FROM THE MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS.
