USA Discounters BUYER BEWARE, Do not do business with them, Dishonest, Rude, Not Customer Oriented Ripoff Lanham Maryland

I purchased furniture from this store in February 2007. The night before delivery I was contacted by one of their so called customer service representatives stating that my furniture would be delivered by 9:00 am the next morning since I was the first delivery of the day. NOT! The delivery drivers did not show until 6:30pm. After 1pm, I contacted the store several times only to receive a rude response "that they will get there when they get their". I called the corporate office which was a total waste of time. No apology. No refund of the delivery charge. It's very obvious they do not care about their customers.

The contract I signed stated the first payment was due April 1, 2007. They wanted me to set up a payroll allotment ahead of time promising to refund the money when the April payment was due. That sounded fishy to me, so I refused. In February and March I received approximately 50 phone calls and emails from another so called customer service representative, Angela Guzman. I informed her that the payment is not due until April first and that's when I will make a payment. In March, she called my friends and family stating to them that I defaulted on the loan. A friend of mine allowed me to listen to the voice mail where she clearly stated that I had defaulted on the loan. I contacted Ms. Guzman and told her that her behavior was intolerable and will be reported. She then had her supervisor called and I told him the same thing.

Not ever again will I do business with them.
