USA Filing Services - misleading - appears to be US Postal Service - Scam charge for forwarding mail - Cincinati Ohio

I googled "USPS change of address" and landed on https://www.change-of-address-online.com/change-of-address.php?gclid=CISe_be17r4CFXRo7Aodlx4AEQ  I (foolishly) thought it was a USPS (United States Postal Service) website, for at the top of the web page it says "Postal Change of Address Online: Safe & Secure USPS (r) change of mailing address form online."  Filled out the form, paid $20 with my credit card. A few hours later, I called my post office to ask about the advantages of filing for an individual vs family address change. I mentioned the $20 fee and was told, "USPS charges only $1. That was not our site."

Looking at my address change confirmation, I saw that it came from USA Filing Services. I looked for this outfit online. Could not find a phone number. Finally found an address and googled that: 1335 Main St.,  Cincinati, OH 45202. The name that popped up with that was "Original Tax Place."  I called the number provided by Google (513-744-9000). I asked the person who asnwered, "Is this The Original Tax Place." "Yes," he said. "Is this also USA Filing Services." And he responded, "How did you get this number?" I told him it wasn't easy. Anyway, I managed to get a refund, telling the person that I had called my credit card, concerned that the business was fraudulent.
