This company has hundreds of employees that owe hard workers, who worked for usa for the fourth of July 2016. A number of people still have yet to hear anything or even here from the company. The contract says we will be paid no later than July 31st. It's been over a month. Jason who try to run the store in indiana, has turned his phone off, or is just ignoring all calls. We have wrote 7 emails and called 10+ times with never a response. We are getting g a class action lawsuit together to get much more from them. My attorney said we could all end up with 3 times what they owe us. They made us lie many times to the fire chief to keep more products in the store. I advice anyone to not work there or even shop. I hear they use all the money on there drug problems, probably why jason has not reached out to numerous emails and calls. No company that owes thousands of dollars to hard working people to just be ignored and not paid.

Statement from USA Fireworks

AUTHOR: Wyatt - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, August 11, 2016

To whom it may concern,

My name is Wyatt with USA Fireworks.  It has come to my attention that this report was posted and we would like to rectify the situation.

Can I first start by saying that a vague report without specifics do no good to your cause or our’s.  If you have a complaint, please tell us who you are so that we can contact you and try to appease your frustration.  We have had an individual using our contact page expressing the same frustrations and accusations.  While we vehemently deny any allegations of drug use, we do understand that there could be other issues regarding your pay that we would like to address.  But you have to give us the chance to.

So I will offer the person that made this report to contact me (or anyone that has issues) personally contact me, so we can come to an agreement that will leave both parties satisfied.  I will say that if there are any questions about potential theft or loss of product, that could hinder the possibility of getting you fully reimbursed for your time and hard work.

If you would like to contact me, my phone number is 317-759-5587.  It is my direct line to my office.  If you prefer email, then contact me at: wyatt@usafireworksinc.com.   I have now given you no reason not to contact me and rectify this situation.

I thank you for not only your hard work, but also your time.  Please contact me so we can fix this.
