USA Fireworks USA Fireworks unfair to store managers! Low pay, High risk. Nationwide

Watch out for USA Fireworks.  They show up for 6 weeks a year looking to hire store operators and offer 6% of your sales as your salary.  You will be told the average store does $38,000.  This may be true, but there are certain stores making close to $100,000 that bring the average up.  The median store in my area was projected to do $30,000 but some were as low as $20,000.  They do not tell you that you have a low volume store.  Also you need to hire your own help and pay them yourself.  You work 20 days, 15 hours a day, so 300 hours plus you need to pay for additional help for about 100 hours.  So after you get your commission check which will be $1200 to $2000 you are left making well under minimum wage.
