This company violates all parts of the federal collection laws as well as various public laws regarding student loans. They only provided written information after a garnishment had been placed. They were able to garnish my check in violation of due process.The loan agreement provided was damaged (it says damaged) so my name was simply added. The sole aim of this company is garnishment, without notice. The mediation and hearing process is a frau as well. This company uses multiple names, addresses and phone numbers.

I have filed complaints with the department of education. Additionally. I will file complaints about nelnet (apparent owner) for sending this loan to collection rather than sending it into repayment, which we agreed to in the first place.
