I was contact by Kenny Rodgers Phone Number 718-717-1219. He told me he had a confirmed buyer for my timeshare. I would net $17,000 and all I had to do is pay a fee up front of $2600.00. I have been trying to sell this property of over 3 years and I was really happy to find out it was finally sold and at a great price! I got a call from his company 407-581-3740 to confirm the sale and I said OK. Also from the credit card company.  About 20 minutes later I realized I had made a big mistake. I called Kenny Rodgers up and sked him to send an E-mail to confurm the transaction and he got mad and started yelling at me. I would have to wait until the Title company sent me the documentation. This would take about a week. That's the way they do it. He refused to send any other documentation and I was being unreasonable for even asking for some kind of verification. I then realized I was being scamed and called my credit card company back to cancel the transaction. I was told I had to dispute this transaction and it will take about 45 days. I now have no contract and have to fight to get my money back.   I was caught at a very vunerable time in my life. Business is slow, I have medical problems and this money would have solve many problems. Instead I have morer agrivation and can't sleep at night knowing that I was foolish enough to let myself get scammed.
