usa truck fraud and theft of money, in 6/12 I and a co driver went to Van Buren, Ar  for a $5000. sign on bonus and 44 cpm team rate and orientation pay.  They did not pay the sign on bonus and they gave us checks of $100.00 per week and the truck would break down and the would not give us a hotel  or pay layover.they would give a team less than solo miles  and a fat cow Teresa Sewell is a retarded dispatcher that will have a team doing 200 miles per day then lie and say any lie she can.

My co drive r quit after they lied and said she got in a accident she did not do ,I was there and usa truck put a preventable accident on her record. I quit when they would give me loads that cound not be delivered legal . They are retarded and you will lose money with them .They kept my last check and charged me and my co driver $70 dollars each per day for a hotel that costed them 59.00 per day. When I tried to have my check corrected they hang up on me. Trust me do not work for them .

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Some of this is true for me as well

Obviously by the authors choice of words hes upset. However I too have had some of these issues.  I was promised a 1500$ referal for the students that followed me and my wife from another company. I took two friends and my wife with me to join USA Truck. Once there we all completed our training period (each of us had less than 6 months exp and had to repeat training). At this point i was suposed to get the first installment for the referals. I was told they changed the policy and would not pay referals for inexperienced drivers.

Additionaly my first 6 months driving with USA me and my wife averaged about 1700 miles a weak. In december of 2011 we averaged 1300 miles a week. Our truck was broken down non stop.  In 2012 we told them we quit. A dispatch manager called and promised the world to us. New truck and better miles. We took him up on his offer and he lived up to his promise. A year later he was promoted and i spent another 6 months fighting with bad dispatchers.   I found inacuracies in my pay many times as well.

Missing miles, no reimbursements for scaling loads, detention pay not paid even when i was told it was.   I did get a hotel every single time my truck was broken or my apu did not work. I also started making 5000 miles weeks. I ended up leaving when i was a certified trainer who spent more time waiting for students to get on my broken truck that they didnt want to fix. I went through a total of 7 dispatch managers in 2 years, only 1 was exceptional. They seem to promote anyone who is good at dispatching and that leaves them with low experience on the dispatch floor.
