After telling dispatcher several times truck was not running right. Transmission going out it finally broke down. After sitting for two days no pay. They sent me on a bus for two days no pay. I set for two more days to get that truck no pay. SIX DAYS NO PAY
I had to pay for hotel rooms, taxi etc. With no reinburstment.

Telling dispatcher that you need to be home at a certain time is like talking to a wall. You have to become angry with them to get them to listen.

Sitting and waiting to long for a load to get pay. I have bills I have to pay to!

Stopping to eat one day came out and truck was gone. Walked to terminal and it was towed in locked up. Was told at terminal that my truck was locked down. Because I was parked to close to a bar. Knowing that I was probadly fired and with the troubles I have had with USA I just headed home.

Wrong yes didn't realize restaurants that served alcohol was a no-no. But this is not adbandment of a truck.

Calling the company now to figure out what is going on is a joke. Knowone can tell you anything!

Dear Rick,

I can resonate with you on the False Abandonment charge; USA did very same to my Hubby, after arrangements were made to have him deliver the truck. I sure hope you at least got your things back, or didn't lose much. I've heard stories from former employees that USA won't let you back in to get that which belongs to you. (Usedta be, that was called STEALING!) Fortunately, before they could sneak the truck away, it was cleaned of my hubby's things, so he only lost a big chunk of money. Once burned, twice learned. Far better condition than the day he received the broken down old rag.

Ah, I see you have had the dubious pleasure...

Meet LarryVW8-something-or-another, our apparent resident Psyc(hot)ic.

You see, he's got your number, oh yes, he does.

Here, he demands you 'Fess up and admit, you must have been sneaking some booze in while you were working (personal projecting again, are we?), as there is no conceivable way anyone could go to a restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages and NOT get them a wee drop o' the Creature.

Never mind the fact that lots of folks visit restaurants just for food...what a silly notion!
I mean, never mind that there are scores of restaurants that serve alky-hawl, but not everyone gets it. Heck, I enjoy it once in a while, and nearly never order cocktails--even wine. (I'm too frugal to pay a buck seventy five for a bottle of beer--three if they pour it in a glass!)

Methinks this fellow needs to let others air their grievances and stop trying to chase ghosts. After all, how well do you know anyone here, Larry? Your nasty replies don't do a great deal in Reddy's favour, do they...? Not when  you come off like some belligerent, accusing lapdog.

Do tell the world how you know for sure this Rick fellow was sneaking a quaff on the sly?

Y'know, Larry, I'm beginning to think you're not really a trucker, but Redmond O'Neil's trunk-monkey. Maybe you're his love glove? No-no! I won't ask you to 'spit it out'. I'm not that curious.

                                                                                                Resolutely,
                                                                                               Teh Moose!

I have always wondered why some people are so dumb founded as to why a company would have a problem with you taking your truck down the street from the terminal and park it at a bar and wonder why there is a problem. First off of all the places around town to eat why would you take our first choice of bar food instead of something like applebee's? Is bar food that good or is the beer the better part of it. Come on now your not being honest with yourself as to why you went there. Don't get me wrong we all like a few beers here and there but parking your truck at a bar is like parking your truck at a strip club and than telling your wife when she finds out that you were just there for the food. It won't fly.
