USA Vital Birth Certificate Status Unknown after several weeks of correspondence back and forth with this Company Denver Colorado

I ordered a birth certificate for my Mom.  I submitted the requested documents, and waited another two weeks to learn I needed to submit ever more documentation.  The process began 4/9/2018.  Today is 4/30/2018 and I cannot reach a Representative at the Company, as "the wait time is long and I am instructed to leave a message."  In the meantime, I've paid for EXPEDITED SERVICE for this certificate, and to have the certificate mailed to my mother in another state, since she needs it for confirmation for housing application.  I used USA Vital through Ancestry.com.  Never again.  I will continue to monitor my credit card for any charges from this company.  I just want people to know using this company is very frustrating and time-consuming, and it has been extremely disappointing, waiting and trying to coordinate this certificate with this company.  By the way, I just used Vitalchek and their website is so easy to use, I've gotten the confirmation for the order, they accepted my identification, and didn't ask me to have my mother (I origianally explained to them she was in another State and is 88 years old) sign any documents before I scanned them in.
