USBI Added LongDistance and Voice mail to my phone bill through Enhanced Services Billing INC Internet

Dear Ripoff, I was charged for long distance and Voice mail,I did not sigh up for. It's only $23.46 total , for both of the services. But that's the reason we didn't want long distance. We can't afford it. Plus someone will always make alot of call, and we won't be able to pay it, and they will cut my phone and internet off.but getting back to the subject, I nor did anyone else gave them permission to add this to our phone bill. I really don't know how to get ahold of them to tell themto stop,and to pay me back, or pay it to the company they went through. I really hope you can help me. I'm on a fixed income,and it's not much at all. thanks,
