in september 014, usbi contacted me via telemarketer to change my long distance provider to usbi stating that these calls would be free throigh usbi. after receiving bill, i find that i was being charge for long distance i had made. when i called usbi todat, 2/4/14, it was then i was told that i received 30 free minutes for long distance calls , after the 30 minutes was up i would be charged 5 cents per miute! i am a senior, and we get ripped off/scammed all the time.
