The price of a pair of UGG boots is about 40% off of the original price,but it was near Christmas, so I thought it would be reasonable. However,it took them half month to send them and they are fake ones which is so obvious,because I have real ones the difference is so remarkble. Then I sent e-mail said that I want to return them,but theere is no response ever since.

Later I found a lot of people had the same problem. I don't know what to do with the fake boots now, and I don't think the visa is gonna return the money for this fraud.

I am so mad at this whole Nancy who sent the email and never respond again.
