My boyfriend bought a pair of Uggs for me for Christmas from this website. He thought he was getting a "good deal".

1. It took them almost 3 months to arrive and when they did they were the wrong color.

2. The box says they are Classic Short/5825(which is the style they appear to be and what he ordered), but the tag on the inside of the boots says Classic Mini/5854(a completely different style).

3. They are size W7, but are way to tight for a W7. I currently have a W7 and even went to a department store to compare what I received and the real thing. These Uggs are obviously counterfeit.
