I placed an order with this company on 12/16/10 for some discount UGG boots for my daughters for christmas. I received an email stating that it would take 2 days for the order to process and I would receive a confirmation email with tracking info for the product. I never received that. The money was taken from my account on 12/19 and on 12/22 I contacted them regarding the order and the lack of communication and did not receive any response.I then googled the website and found 2 people stating they are a scam. I notified them again through email telling them that I know they scammed me and I wanted a refund or I would contact my credit card company. I was on vacation after christmas for a week and when I returned to work I had an email from them with a tracking # that was invalid. When I tried to contact them through email again my emails were sent back undeliverable. The website no longer will come up either. BEWARE of these scammers. I am trying to retrieve my money but do not think I will have any luck!
