purchased v2premier off shop shop nbc 10-21-04. It was the only way I could afford to buy what I thought was a great deal. The computer worked fine for awhile but over time it has me so frustrated I want to trash it. I am unable to update any microsoft security, explorers,etc due to fact my XP program is unauthinated. I have since discovered the discs are copies, not orginals. You are suppose to always get orginal disc never uncopyrighted material. The programs loaded into my system were already outdated at the time of purchase. ie quicken was a 2003 version. The programs were either installed incorrectly or installed using a bad copy. Most of the programs are unusable.
The only way I will ever get this computer straightened out is try to come up with the money myself to have an expert look at it. I paid @2,299.93 for a piece of junk.

Those V2 computers are simply third rate trash from china or a third world country. Yes you paid 2200.00 for pure trash. Now don't even believe for a minute that putting money into this thing will change that, it still won't work for very long. Then you will have a 3,000 piece of garbage. My advice is use it as a boat anchor, go and get a decent computer, the prices have dropped dramatically.
