Where to begin?

First off, I was supposed to be billed six easy payments of $325.00. Well, they debited the whole $1950.00 right off the bat. When it finally arrived it came in three seperate shipments over a two week period.

I never received an invoice with the shipment. After three months and many calls, I still do not have one. So the $50 rebate on the Lexmark printer is worthless, because they only give you 30 days to redeem the rebate.

I encountered problems with this computer from day one. It was very slow to be "the best system on the market" as Jim Peterson and his cronies from ShopNBC repeatedly stated. It was also supposed to be an upgradable system. It's not.

After many calls to Technical Support the only solution they could come up with was to do a "system recovery". So I did it and of course lost everything. I then started the tedious task of re-installing the software. It was then I realized I did not have Lotus123 software.

Another call to Customer service and I found I was missing not only the Lotus software, but many of the titles. And (get this) for $50 each, I could "buy" them. What a scam! This was supposed to be in the "$1300 worth of software" that came with the computer. Jim Peterson even bragged about the software "only costing him .17 to $1.00 per title, that is was 'nothing' to include them in the computer package". It may be nothing to him but, it is something to me. Something I paid for and never got. $50 a title. Can you believe this scam? And the Customer Service Supervisor was a real piece of work. He was rude and condiscending to say the least. You could tell he really liked his job being their number one JERK.

Not having an invoice, I also did not know I was supposed to get a memory card with the Vivitar camera. Of course, I did not get one. I did not it even know I was supposed to get one until I spoke with their Customer Service about the missing software. Hmmm. I didn't get a "price" on that. I wonder what they charge for one?

The computer still does not work correctly, it is slow, it "freezes up", and it crashes. A lot. This was supposed to be a "top of the line", "high end" system. It is not. I feel victimized and ripped off to say the very least.

People DO NOT fall prey to these vultures. They are decietful, fraudulent company. They know exactly how to get you. If you purchase a computer from them and cannot locate an invoice, SEND IT BACK immediately. Send it back anyway because it is worthless.

I cannot beleive NBC would loan their good name and logo to let cheats like Jim Peterson and and his Viscom Technologies hawk their V2premier garbage. It is just unbelievable.
