Vacation Choices is a company that goes by several different names but the end result is the exact same. The owners of this company has been sued in several different states and are not allowed to do buisness in many states. The Attorney General in Georgia, Vermont, California and Arizona have revoked the owners from doing buisness in their state.

Jonathan Gibbs and Christine Gibbs are the owners of Vacation Choices, Direct Transfers, Safe Hands Transfers and Preferred Transfers. They started of in the buisness of Timeshare resale. Their original company name was Safe Hands Trasfers.

They would send mailers to Timeshare owners letting them know that they can get them out of their timeshares at no cost. (thats what the mailer said) They could do this over the phone or in person depending if Safe Hands Transfers had company representatives in that city.

Upon showing up to these meetings the TS owners would be told that they had to pay to get out of their TS's. That was not explained in the mailers. Safe hands transfers would guarentee the TS owner to be free of their TS. They would collect credit card info on the spot. Many times Safe Hands would not be able to get the owner out of the contract.

Safe Hands Transfers would soon get caught with their scam, so what do they do next? They change their names to Direct Transfers. Same owners same company same result. When they TS owners would call the call center for the company, the call center would be briefed not to give out any information.

As time would go on, Jonathan and Christine Gibbs would open up a new company called Vacation Choices. Their victims would be the same people, Timeshare owners and people whom knew nothing about the company. When the company would send the mailers out, they would let them receipient know, Just for coming to a 90 min preview of the companies services they would be guarenteed either a 3 day 2 night cruise with round trip air fare, or airfare tickets or a single baseball game or restaurant cards.

At the conclusion of these high pressured meetings they would recieve a voucher to claim their gift. The voucher would make it nearly impossible to claim your prize. Numerous loop hloles and various verbage on the mailers would not allow you to collect the gift.

I am a former employee of the company. We were trained to basically lie to get them to go to the appointment. We were not allowed to give them any information at all.

Im just tired of this so called Christian based company scamming indivisuals and families of their hard earned money.

I have many stories and resources to back up report.
