Valuation Vision Valuation Vision does NOT PAY its Vendors! Beware! Carlsbad California

Valuation Vision, a Kirchmeyer company who has been recently acquired by Zaio Corporation is a company who hires Realtors across the company to perform valuations on real estate for Banks, Credit unions and other financial institutions.  They offer a comprehensive range of detailed, accurate valuation products in all 50 states through a network of over 100,000 real estate agents and licensed appraisers.

However, they collect the fees from their financial institions and deliver the product, but they do not pay their real estate agents and appraisers.  They seem to be operating a Ponzi Scheme where they collect the fees from the banks and do not pay their RE agents and appraisers.  Currently, they are 8 months behind in payments for me.  This speaks loudly about the financial stability of the company and the value of their stock.  Beware.
