Value Benefits of America Administrative Concepts Will not return calls, not paying accident claim, Internet

This company was very willing to sign me up and charge my bank account every month. I carry an accident rider through them for my family to supplement my health insurance. When I needed to file a claim, a form was mailed to me by VBA without issue. I completed the form, submitted the bills and the form to the mailing address provided for VBA's claim company, "Administrative Concepts". And then.... nothing. I've made dozens of phone calls for an update over the past month. When I do reach someone, I'm always told the rep will "look into it" and call me back. I have yet to receive a return call.

I've left MULTIPLE messages on the voicemail of the "supervisor" and have never had a return call from her. Today when I called, I was told that the "systems were down" and I'd have to call back another time. Meanwhile, I'm making payments on these medical bills to avoid credit damage. It looks very much like I'm going to end up eating the entire bill because I can't get this company to even call me back about the status of my claim. The longer this goes on, the more it feels like a SCAM. I'm ready to cancel my membership, but after reading on here how many people continue to have their money taken after cancellation, it further affirms my growing belief that this company is a fraud.
