I ordered eye glasses July,21,2007 from valuaglasses.com .It's my bad didn't check their bisnis rate in the first place before. So right after i purchased i got email said,my item will be mailed in 10-15 days.That's the only email i get. No follow up information, such delivery info or anything else. Time went by 1 month passed.I tried to contact them by email. No answer. I started calling them everyday but again no answer.

Now it's been 1 month 8 days since my order has been placed,still never heard anything from them. What should i do? They took my money(charged my card right away) but i have never received the item.Help how can i get my money back?

and explain what happened. You want to dispute the charges for "failure to perform" in that you did not receive any product.

Your credit card company should have no trouble getting your money back.
