I ordered some glasses at valueglasses,com.They were bifocals and they take longer to make.I made a mistaake on my order so i tryed to email them.I needed to get in touch with them before my glasses were made so i called everyday for a week or more,finally someone answered the phone i could not belive it because all you ever get is a answering machine,They told me my glasses were made and they would redue them.

When you email them you never know if they got your email because they dont reply. I have been waiting a long time for my glasses and i have grown tired of waitings.

i will have to spend abother 155 dollars to get another pair from another company.They need to email yo to let you know when your glasses are shipped but it seems this compnay has nocustomer service
