Valueglasses.com failed to deliver,unresponsive to phone/email,charged my card, San Jose California

I am on fixed income, and needed to buy economically.
This company failed to deliver the glasses I need, but charged my card immediately.

They promised delivery in 10-15 days. It has now been close to 30 days. I did not receive purchase confirmation, nor is there a phone or web address for checking status.

I called 4 times, getting only voice-mail response, never speaking to a 'live person', never having my call returned. I also sent 3 emails, again no response.

I checked my statement from the bank, and called the number listed there as the payee phone no. When I called that number, it has been disconnected.

This is obviously a fraudulent business, bilking the most vulnerable of their limited resources.
