My husband and I closed our gym membership with VASA fitness in May 2015. I have a confirmed email and there was No balances stated due etc etc. Just this August 4, 2015 we get a call from a Crystal from "Swift Funds" stating that we owe $179x2 for balances that were due, plus who knows what other charges they decided to charge us!!! Crystal has treatened to ruin our credit until we pay. Swift Funds will not send an invoice!!!! VASA will not answer the phone. i have several emails corresponding from a Jamie that states she cannot help me. She states that they tried to get a hold of us etc etc, but cannot send any formal documentation of this!!! HELP!! What do we do!! We are not going to pay for something espeically to Crystal....(((REDACTED)))

Just wanted to let you all know that I send Swift Funds via certified mail via certified funds my balance Paid in Full. My funds have been siting at their P.O.2397 for 2 weeks now and they wont accpet them......!!!! Per my phone call today to Swift Funds they state that they check their mail everyday. As per Ray" the post office loses mail everyday". " So your funds have been lost"......Um No!! Now what to do........These people are crooks. Please lets get some help here.....
