Vehiclehistorys.com fraud - stole $29.95 Internet

The fine print (use of terms) does read that they will bill credit card if you don't cancel w/i 7 days.  The initial cost is $2.95 for a VIN number report, but then you are signed up for 2 payments of $29.95.

When I called to cancel, they were not helpful at all.  They said they could not give a full refund.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep would not get a supervisor on the phone.  He put me on hold and then came back and said his supervisor said that he could allow a 100% refund.  It should be there in my account in 3-5 days.

Beware.  This is a rip-off.
