On Feb 21 2012 I ordered a vehicle history report and vehiclehistory.com have chanrged $ 2.95 for that report. But within one week on Feb 26 2012 I seen there is another transaction on my credit card report with $ 29.95.

I checked with my credit card company and thay suggest that maybe vehiclehistory have charged a monthly fee as well in addition to a copy of the report.

Than i contacted vehiclehistory and guy over the phone after doing all verification and bluff suggest me that thay can only refund half of the money and not all. He says several times that other companies will not refund even a single dollar.

When i asked which other comapnies ... pls gime a name he was speechless. This is a really a thief company. Please suggest me if someone face same issue and what i can do to get my money back.. thanks

Don't let them get away, please call your Credit card company to have your first two charges removed.  I called mine and they credited me $2.95 and $29.95.  

1. Placement of their term on the webpage is not in a normal place people will look or check.  
2. No section where I can click to agree to their terms
3. Their report on the car is inaccurate.  Their report state no accident but carfax report accident.

In the event you choose to subscribe to the services offered on the Site, your subscription will continue for the monthly period you select during registration (the "Term"), and renew automatically at the end of the Term, unless you notify us of your decision not to renew your subscription by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1-888-613-1485.

ii. Termination, Trial

If you do not notify us that you want to cancel your subscription as described above, the then-applicable monthly fee for your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card you designated during the registration process (or subsequently changed).

During the trial portion of your subscription (if any), you may cancel your subscription at any time and not be billed by contacting our Customer Care Team. When you cancel automatic renewal on your subscription, your subscription will continue through the rest of the current period. At the end of that period, your subscription will not renew automatically, and you will lose the benefits of the subscription. You are not entitled to refunds for previous months that have already been charged as services have been rendered and costs have been incurred by us.

Please note:
Upon the expiration of your trial (if any), your credit card will be billed the applicable subscription fee and your paid subscription will commence. You will not receive a refund or reimbursement of your subscription fee after your trial period has ended
