I thought that this was going to be an easy trial eye cream. Velour Skin mail me a free sample and I can cancel as soon as I receive it if I don't like it. Wroing. There was nothing in the envelope that had any reading material that went along with the product. The only thing that indicated where it came from was the return address on the envelope. Well I tried their product and it didn't work, actually it burned. I received my 2nd jar and now I'm trying to stop payment on this jar and can't. There is not telephone, email, website. So, that is why I'm turning to you. HELP!
