I was initially contacted by Danelle Ager via email on Nov 30, 2017. She indicated that they were working with Re/max Alliance in Albuquerque, NM and were looking for clients to join in meet & greets and be featured in a community guide book. She sent me options and pricing. I emailed back that I might be interested with a number of questions.
(I believe I misstated the amount - I paid 1500 then 300) The fine print indicated that it would take place in approx. 120 days from theh signing of the contract. On December 4, 2017 I was contacted by Jack Bash Director of Operations (cell #503-850-2318) asking for referrals. Then on December 4th 2017 I was contacted by Mary Bullock in the graphics department - she is a graphic designer and her direct ph # is 800-620-3790 X 321 mbullock@vendorsunited.net
By the end of December (the 27th , 2017 ) the art work was completed and I contacted them one month later - January 31st, 2018 to see when the community guide book was coming out. I was referred to contact Cassandra Gill the office manager to find out the details:
Cassandra Gill
Office Manager - Administrative Coordinator
Vendors United | National Headquarters
9045 SW Barbur Blvd., Suite 101 Portland, OR 97219
Office: 800-620-3790 x340 | Fax: 503-822-5783.
At that time I was informed that the books would go to printer in the spring and w/in two weeks they would send out rsvps. Then I followed up again May 29th, 2018 as spring is gone to find out what is going on. At this time I was told the books are going to printer this summer.
My sister, sadly was also taken by them because I told her about this great opportunity. She too had been contacting them for information. She then told me we should check the complaints on the BBB site - they have an A+ rating!!!! https://www.bbb.org/oregon/business-reviews/internet-marketing-services/vendors-united-in-portland-or-22952135/reviews-and-complaints?section=reviews&reviewtype=negative if you look through the complaints you will see they do the bait and switch. Almost no one has received anything in return for what they pay for.

Vendors United is terrible

We paid $395 on Feb. 9, 2017 for an ad in a Century 21 community guidebook. Fast forward to October 2018 (18 months later) and we have no guide nor our money back. I have tried to call more than 25 times to no avail. The "office manager" Cassandra keeps telling me to call back since Dustin won't call me back.
She said she keeps leaving sticky notes on his desk for him to call me. LOL! The last time she said she was just in the middle and couldn't help me, but that I should keep calling back. At this point they have stolen $395. I hope the BBB, FTC, Oregon Dept. of Justice and Oregon Attorney General will help us get our money back.
