Vendors United LLC Promised ad in community guide book in Austin TX and a meet and greet in spring 2018 Portland Oregon

I was contacted by this company in November 2017.  For $429 I could purchase a 1/2 page ad for one year in the Austin TX community guide book and be invited to a 'meet and greet' in the spring of 2108 in Austin TX.  I agreed and then was contacted a day later informing me I was the only one who had a 1/2 page ad and for an additional $400 I would get the full one page ad for two years. I agreed.

I received a copy of an "ad" via email to approve for the book.  I was told the book would be printed around February and then meet and greets scheduled early spring.  Nothing happened.  I contacted the "graphic artist" and she referred me to the office manager.  The office manager NEVER returned an email.  I contacted them at least once a month and towards the end of spring quite regularly. The person who supposedly created the ad  would respond and say, "sorry, not sure what is wrong and I will foward your email to the office manager".  I never received a reply from her.  I was told by the graphic artist (as she was the only one that ever responded to emails) that it would be going to print soon and meet and greets scheduled by mid spring.  Again, nothing but lies to string me along until I realized that this was a scam.  

They received my money in the fall of 2017 and I have received nothing as of this date. 

Buyer beware with this company.  Do not fall for the scam that I did.  Shame on me for not researching more thoroughly and I hope this review saves anyone else from losing money at the hands of this company.
