I was trying to buy 10 vending machines from Joseph C Koch who owns vendsales.net. I sent him a check for the full amount of the machines plus shipping charges in mid April 2011. For six weeks I heard all kinds of excuses about why I haven't received the machines. I requested a full refund and fortwo more weeks, I got the run around again. He said the check is the mail. Now it is mid-June 2011 and I still have not received a full refund. He keeps telling me that he will wire the money by the end of the day. The again nothing happens and he will have another excuse tomorrow.
This has been the most frustrating experience I ever had. This guy acts like a nice guy but he doesn't care about what he does to others. He doesn't care that I have placed 100's of calls to him, wasted countless hours listening to his lies nor does he care that I can't afford to move my business forward.
If you are in the vending business stay away from this guy. He is bad news .. You will never see your product nor will you see your money...
