Veracity Credit Consultants Fake Credit Repair Company Denver, CO Internet

This is supposed to be a credit repair company. I started this 4 months ago to try to get my credit straight to buy a home. The initial payment was $99.00. The first week they send you some bogus emails making it look like they are really about to help you out. Then you hear absolutely nothing from them anymore. They don't return emails nor do they answer the number provided. I found this out when I was never able to enter the portal in which you can track the process they are supposed to be making. So for a few months I decided to stop paying the fee of $79.00 monthly because I was doing my own credit since they were doing nothing. Then in the fourth month they hit my card for $79.99. I was very decent and sent an email requesting a refund of the $79.99 because all they did was try to get a few inquiries removed that's all. They pulled me report and tried to take the credit for improving my by 125 points. When I explained to the billing department that I disputed each company on my own, I got a few things deleted on my own, I made my own settlement arrangements, and I got my own credit builders cards with Capital One and paid my bills on time. This was after about 6 emails going back and forth. But please remember I could not get an answer from customer service only the billing department when I requested the refund. The customer service email returns with a message of failure to deliver. After I proved I fixed my credit myself the billing department said they will not give me a refund in fact they are going to send me a final bill. Thus company is a big scam do not work with them. Don't believe the hype. You can repair your credit on your own with just a little patience and a lot less money. Trust me I did and I'm a low income single mom. I brought my own score up by 125 points just by doing what I described above. This company did nothing but keep hitting my card. Now they refusing to give me back my money and trying to hit my card again for some bogus final bill. Beware of companies like this. Trust yourself because you can improve your own credit and be able to purchase whatever ever your heart desires.
