Verizon California Internet thieves, Deceptive Billing Practices, Unwilling to Correct Thier Mistakes, Making Thousands of Phone and Internet Customers. Mission Hills California

On Wednesday March 18th, 2009, Verizon installed a FiOs Package at my Home. The package was Verizon FiOS Internet Service including Home Phone with unlimited calling thru out the United and Canada, FREE Verizon Wireless, the Wireless Box was free, part of the Deal.... The cost for this was $ 69.99 a month.

April 2009, My Bill was accurate..... Except for a Internet Additional Service Charge of $ 8.99. Verizon could not expain this charge or did not want to.
May 2009, My Bill was accurate..... Again and additional charge for Internet Service Charge of 8.99. Again Verizon could not, or would not explain the charge.

June 2009, My Bill was $ 188.94. I was told by Verizon Customer that I had signed up for Verizon's Lifeline Service, and I did not qualifily so Verizon was charging me $ 139.00 to Disconnect a service I had not signed up for !!!

Verzion addmited that they did not have an application for Lifeline on me.

That is probably because I did not fill out an application and did not sign up for the Lifeline Service. Of course no one at Verizon could correct this problem.

July 18, 2009, I have recieved my Verizon Bill and again I am shocked at the charges. The Amount is $96.23.
Again we have been charged for the internet Additional Services of $8.99. And a charges Voice Additional Charge of $7.74. Of course I called Verizon, spoke to two CSR's, still have no answers.

Perhaps Capitol Hill should be looking at Verizon's Business Practices. It is pitiful as a consumer that I have to be ripped off like this . I am sure I am not the only one. So not I will start filing complaints with the Government Agencies

If any one in Authority at Verizon wishes to contact me and correct these mistakes, My verizon Account # 01 2563 *******62 05.
