After starting my business I recieved a call from a third party to sign me up. I asked him numerous time during the conversation if I would be billed at all for this service and he said no. He told me that basically the service they get from people looking for mine would cover my cost for the advertising. He told me I would recieve a welcome packet in the mail, which never came.
Then I started reciving bills. I have talked to numerous people at Idearc to cancel it and would like to hear the recorded conversation. I have yet to hear this conversation and am still getting the run around.
I will not be paying this company any money and it's really sad that they do this to small businesses like mine. I just hope that some kind of resolution comes out of this and the company is put out of business. If you have any information to help please contact me.
