I made the mistake of ordering service over the phone, unfortunately you can not watch these bastards so they fill out the order form "for you" obviously irregardless of what you want you are getting the most exspensive plans offered, apparently these people are paid on some kind of incentive to steal
When you reposrt the "incident" to a supervisor they will tell you they are "fixing it" what they are really doing is stalling for time.
Most of these losers count on losing their jobs in days anyway so they might as well steal what they can on the way out.
Reposrting these bastards to the BBB just invites more people to the "ripoff'
Verizon has people that are paid to lie to the BBB and the BBB is paid to beleive them.
Naming these individuals would be meaningless, they all operate under false names and the turn over at this second rate "service" company is so bad that it does not matter anyway
