Okay, this is no mistake. Nor am i complaining because of having to pay onto something. This is a true, accurate story. I don't think they handle their customers very well. They made a contract out with me, i agreed to it. Then they sold it to another company named Frontier. Well, things were fine for a bit. Yes. They offered me 15 dollar internet for one year but if i canceled before 1 year was through they'd charge me a 75 dollar fee. I was fine with this. That's what one rep told me. I got on the phone, i decided i had to cancel because i wanted to i guess, 75 was big, but not as big as 199 dollars that i was suddenly charged with! I'm dead serious!!! They slapped me with a sudden 199 dollar charge!!! I'm not making this up. Their reason was they told me that the wireless router i got from them was already like 79 dollars. But a rep 6 months before told me that i owned that router already and it was then paid for. So, i was like, cool, I got it paid off. this was like 6 months after this that they mistaken the router wasn't paid for. Jerks!!! Do they think i'm made of money???? They need to be more responsible! Okay, so i sent them 113 dollars the first month, then another 180 the next. This month, August comes a long, i get an email from them saying "Pay your bill online" and all that jibber-jabber, but its what was in the bill that pissed me off! My service was canceled at this time, I haven't had phone service through them this whole time for 3 months! And the bill was Somehow 311 dollars! How! I'm not paying it. I'm going to pretend i never did business with them... They are a very GREEDY company.
