Vesta AT&T Pre paid chip scam. They sell as prepaid and than charge monthly without authorization. Orlando Florida

I bought a chip to use one phone as a pre paid phone for a month, for a friend visiting from another country. The sales person assured me that if I did not pay in the following month, I wouldn't have service anymore and that is exactly what I needed. I did not sign a monthly contract and I absolutely did not authorize automatic renewal. Now, I've been charged for 1 more month. When I called VESTA AT&T to ask about these charges, they said they could not refund anything, only stop the charges. They told me they are a third party billing service and can only stop service. They said only my bank could make the refund. These charges were not authorized! This is outrageous and ridiculous! Maybe a lawsuit would make you guys wake up and start doing thing right!
