I signed up for ViaTalk right before I hear all over the internet about Sunrocket going under. This was before they offered options. I now just got my adapter(Linksys). Which they fail to disclose that it will not operate with a hub, only a router (Linksys). I was on hold for 2 hours to help me install the thing only to be told I would receive an email that generally fixes about 95% of the problems. Mine is the other 5%. I get back on the phone and hold for another 3 hours tonight. Only to have their tech tell me I need to buy more equipment!
