Customer since 2009.  Opened ticket for inability to make some outgoing calls.  Billing opened a ticket afterwards stating they will charge me $50 for broken box they replaced three years prior during another troubleshooting ticket.  I'm paid with them through 2020 but will walk away from this service.  The service isn't worth the sleazy practices.

Turns out that I'm the one behaving sleazy in this circumstance.  I hate to admit.  I realized that I never returned the box three years prior now.  Please don't let this influence your decision with this company.
