I wonder that Video Blocks 7 day trial was trick. I subscribed for video blocks 7 day free trial but  I did downloaded any videos from their website during the free trial on the day. I trust their website, I give they my visa number. Until you charged me $79 for the subscription, I had just known about fee subscription. I forgot to cancel the subscription, however you didn't remind me before charging me! It's ridiculous!
Do they make this promotion as a trick? Really disappointed!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
They trick me that:
"To protect us from potential abuse from mutiple trial accounts being created by the same user. we need to have your credit card on file"

--> What a ridiculous trick! There are many way to protect they from potential abuse from mutiple trial accounts being created by the same user. Why did they choose this way? It so dangerous to the user. I am too busy to pay attention to this note.

From their Customer Service:
When you signed up you had to verify that you read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before you were allowed to proceed to the second page to enter your credit card information. The Terms and Conditions state in the section labeled Free Trial Details, that the account must be cancelled by the end of the trial period or it will be automatically upgraded to the monthly membership. Once you clicked the box agreeing to these terms you were allowed to proceed to the next page where the same information regarding the requirement to cancel by the end of the trial was written out directly next to the fields in which you are required to enter your credit card information.

Please review the Free Trial details as well as the Guarantee page.

It's so ridiculous! With a simply form, they charged me 79$ before they remind me.
It's so crazy. You should be careful.

You have to check a block on the sign up for the free trial stating: "I have read and agree to the Terms and conditions."

Did you check that block?

Here is exactly what you should have read, but didn't.

Free  Trials and Other Promotions. Any free trial or other promotion that  provides Registered User level access to the Services must be used within the  specified time of the trial. You will be asked for valid credit card  information when you sign up for the free trial. We will use the payment  information for future subscription fees should you fail to terminate the trial  subscription within the timeframe provided by Footage Firm. We will start your  7-day free trial upon completion of your trial signup. You may cancel your  trial subscription without charge at any time within 7 days of placing your  order. If you do not cancel your free trial subscription within 7 days of  the date you start your trial, your subscription will continue automatically  and the monthly fee will be billed to the credit card or other billing source  provided by you when you signed up for the trial, on the first day of each  successive subscription term. Such billing will occur without further notice to  you. Should you choose to discontinue your subscription for any reason  before expiration of the then applicable subscription term or the trial period,  you may cancel your subscription and terminate future billing by calling  866-282-5360. You must cancel your  subscription before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged  a subscription fee. If you cancel prior to the end of the trial period and  are inadvertently charged for a subscription, please contact Footage Firm to  have the charges reversed.

Not at all hard to understand.
