So, I was trying to purchase some viewers for my live stream (to get some form of recognition). Having payed for the service that looked fairly legitimate, I waited. I tried the service. But no luck, the viewers didn't arrive. Thinking that this was a glitch in the system, so again, I waited. I emailed them that night with:

Morgan ******

Feb 8, 12:44

"Just purchased the X viewer plan as a trial (I was thinking about the X viewer plan). But, to no surprise it doesn't even work. The most I've reached was 4 viewers. One of them being me. I'm not even sure it's worked once, the viewers might have just been a coincidence. I've entered all of my details correctly, and I've been charged too. Now where are the viewers?"

(I've blocked out the order as I don't fell comfortable showing the amount that was spent on this service)

After this email was sent I expected a reply pretty soon as on the website they clearly state: "We will in most cases get back to you in a couple of hours". So The next morning I attempted the service again. At this point I was pretty frustrated, but didn't have suspicions of fraud. I checked my back balance, and I had been charged. I checked the website multiple times for any evidence of a downtime in their servers and tried the product various times again. But still nothing. The following hours I email them again with:

"It's been a day now, and I've received no support, and no viewers. I'd like some support or a re-fund."

Along with some more information about the purchase. Later that day I started to suspect something, as I had waited hours for both replies. I tried the product again 4 times, but still no viewers. I started to look into the company. Watching the tutorial video on their website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lx0g6IIu2Yk
I read the comments and to no suprise I wasn't the only unlucky customer. The video comment were littered with:

"it doesnt work"

"massive scam!!! dont buy it!!!"

"DONT BUY ITS F****** FAKE"

"DONT BUT IT IT DOESNT WORK"

And more. Someone else has already e-mailed you with the threat of blackmail from the website, with threats of banning customers who ask for charge backs from twitch.tv and banning their accounts. A website such as https://viewbot.net/ may only be a small service, but they're scamming multiple people a day. I checked my two support emails. The support number had increased by about 6 the next morning. Meaning a few more people were clearly having the same problem as me. This website needs to be investigated into ASAP. I will work harder to collect more evidence towards this case.
