Viking Dodge truth and lies form viking dodge Crystal Lake Illinois

to all of you people that have driven throught crystal lake and have had a bad experience with viking dodge i feel sorry for what you are going through.i could not believe some of the stories that i have heard and it is now time to get the message out there for others to hear.

back in june i went to viking dodge to order a vehicle,after agreeing on terms i was told that ther vehicle would be in 6 weeks from then.in july i was curious how my new car was doing i called chyrsler and they told me that vikign cancelled my order.

i called nikign and they told me that chrysler had cancelled the order,being upset i called chyrsler back to get to the bottom of this.after many phone calls no one would give me a straight answer.

in augusat i went to get service done on my other dodge vehicle while there my son asked to see the service manager,he asked what happened to the new car.same story of how chyrsler cancelled the order,my son asked to see general manager.

while walking to see him sales manager told my son viking never lied about vehicle and sarcastsly told him to have a nice day without talking to the general manager. while leaving the store sales manager ran up to my son and yelled obsenities at him if front of employees and other customers.my son had to take two steps back or he would have fell over,the sales manager grabbed him by the arm and suggested we leave before he threw us out.

since this day of trying to find out the truth i have been run off the road.harrssed by salesmen while driving through town and even had a sign stolen off of my vehicle while going home after doing errands.

for all the people that have stopped me and told me your stories i am doing this for you and expecially me for what this dodge dealership has done to the people of crystal lake and beyond.i will stop when i am good and ready.
