Dear Sirs:

                   Enclosed you will find the photographs taken on May 29 2010 of your rental facility located at 3938 Surfside in Corpus Christi.  On your  website, email confirmation and /or phone conversation you did not   state that you property was being structurally reconstructed, renovated and repaired.   The building walls and siding are falling off  in large sections and the wiring is exposed everywhere and unsecured.  This is a deceptive trade act on your part as internet advertiser.  This  facility  was  roach infested ,moldy the door vents removed and bent ,the wiring  was  hanging down everywhere with  hot wires sticking out of sockets..  Your response  to the  above mentioned problems    was No  one DIED  or complained during there  Holiday weekend stays    You also stated No construction was being performed on the Holiday weekend  as you can clearly see in the photographs that was also not the case.   Sir the conditions are very ,very, very dangerous ,space was limited on a holiday weekend  ,you put many people lifes at danger  and stranded.  The facility is not operational to the public  under this condition ..  You do not meet code requirements under any standards you have deceived the public whom come to you facility expecting fair, safe and reasonable stay without the fear of being injured. We drove 12 hours to your facility only to find accommodations were too dangerous to bring our children into.  Your refusal to return the monies paid only shows what type of company   you  and how callous  and unconcerned  you are with consumers   lives. I hope  that sharing my trauma will help others from having to experience the same hell we did.
