THis company runs the red light cameras in the state of Florida from AZ. THis program is not run by the state of Florida only individual counties. THere is a lazyness in the State of Florida DMV and they have an outside company run the cameras and because of this violations are being thrown out. I found out that the main reason is the state of Florida does out source these violations and because the state does not have a system in place it allows for now cities to decide if they want to inforce this outside run program. THey do video tape but there are no cop or police at the time of the violation and the videos is all they have.

This company is a scam and their doing the work that the states should implement. It said I agree if it was sponsored by the whole state of Florida but because these camera are not authrised by the whole state and these are not state of Florida moving violations they are getting thrown out. I hope the state of Florida gets wise and states paying tax payers money of Florida residents correctly or stop these thrid part practices because the money for the violations are not going to the State of Florida or the cities there only going to this company that lies and says their from Florida when there offices are in the state of AZ. ALso the additional fees do not go to the state they go to this company too.
